Apples Green Tea to protect Heart disease and Cancer Distance
The latest research by scientists who do not have heart disease and cancer has shown that those who eat apple and green tea regularly.
Researchers say the apple fruits and flavonoids in green tea are antioxidants that prevent them from getting sick. Researchers at Edith Cowan University in Australia have researched 53,000 people who regularly eat apples and drink green tea.
It is known that the flavonoids in apple and green tea have been shown to prevent heart disease and cancer.
All the research done by scientists has been published in the journal Nature Communications. Scientists said that the flavonoids received at regular doses of 500 milligrams would prevent the disease from occurring as mentioned above.
